to keep yourself feeling great & staying healthy:
  • drink water. carry a refillable bottle with you if you can. among the many benefits of staying hydrated, it helps keep your skin softer, and heal easier if it gets pimples, blackheads, and cuts.
  • put on deodorant soon after waking up to start your day, and also before any activity where you'll sweat more, like exercise or sports. it'll help prevent you from smelling.
  • lotion at least once a day. lotion with any SPF, (sun protection factor) is best to protect your skin & help it heal if it's damaged.
  • if you wear scents like cologne or perfume; apply it by spraying 2 blasts into the air then walk into the blasts. think of how you react if you smell someone from too far away. don't be the person people can smell from a couple arm lengths away.
